Stretch your legs and enjoy a stroll in Bilpin’s picturesque orchard, then take your pick from their portfolio of 6 blush pink, cloudy apple and pear ciders.
One of NSW’s leading craft cider producers, the Bilpin Cider Co uses only the freshest of fruit and never adds sugar or concentrates. Bilpin is the ideal location for craft cider producers, its fertile soils and unique micro-climate provides brewers with fabulous fruit that’s ideal for cider.
Bilpin’s latest brew, Bilpin Archibald is made with local and central tablelands apples. It’s named after Archibald Bell, who with the help of his local Darag Aboriginal guides, ‘Cocky’ and ‘Emery’, made the same road that you are travelling on today known to colonial day trippers.
The cellar door and farm are open every day except Christmas Day, from 10am-4pm.
Stop in for a drink at Bilpin Cider Co’s cellar door – you’ll be re-living history as you retrace the steps of the explorers of yesteryear and your passengers will love you for it.
