Pie in the Sky is renowned for its huge range of premium home-made Bilpin apple pies, steak pies and pastries. Currently offering takeaways only, it’s a popular pit-stop with locals, day-trippers and grey nomads.
The Roadhouse uses only the freshest of ingredients because only the best will do for their loyal customers. They use butter puff pastry and their baked goods are free of trans-fats and artificial ingredients. The pies are hand-made on the premises and come out of the oven every 2-3 hours – you can’t get much fresher than that.
